We will only process returns or refunds if the product is damaged during shipping or if there is a manufacturing defect or issue with the product itself. Otherwise, no refund will be processed after delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take exceptional care in packaging our art pieces. However, if your order arrives damaged due to shipping or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item:

  2. Provide your order number and clear photographs of both the damaged product and the packaging.
  3. Our team will review your request and, upon approval, arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Change of Mind

Because each art piece is printed and framed on demand specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction not related to product quality. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Approved refunds will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
